About Rhoda Magbitang
Raised in the Philippines, Chef Rhoda’s passion for cooking was shaped in her family kitchen, influenced by her grandmother’s food stall and traditional Filipino dishes. Her career has taken her through some of the country’s most celebrated kitchens, including Michelin-starred Mélisse, Suzanne Goin’s A.O.C., République and Bazaar by José Andrés. She later led the culinary team at The Inn at Mattei’s Tavern, Auberge Collection, where she earned Michelin Guide recognition. Today, she is Executive Chef of CanoeHouse and current cheftestant on Season 23 of Bravo’s Top Chef.
